Really want a refund if possible

I tried getting a refund on the game "lovers in a dangerous spacetime" but I was not able too. I went to Xbox support and talked with someone and they sent me here, so here I am.

my account got hacked and someone bought 6000 msp's with my parents credit cards and i already know that their going to be mad.

You need to change all of your passwords and call support and open an Unauthorized Access case. They are the only ones who will be able to help you.

Phone or chat support would be the only ones who would be able to do a refund, but refunds are not always guaranteed.

This seems like a digital-only game, and Xbox's official policy on digital purchases is that there are no refunds, and all sales are final.

However, in some cases, you can get your money back by phoning support (US number: 1-800-4MY-XBOX). You
might be able to get a refund if it's been a really short time since you bought the game, or if the game was defective/corrupted upon download. It's really at the customer rep's discretion, and there's no guarantees.

In those cases is not possible to do something else.

If you can reply again to that email. Please do it.
If not, and if you really want to get the refund. You may need to dispute the charge with the bank
