    I am so angry with XBOX digital game sales

    Here is my bad exp.

    First , i bought the game Darksiders Fury's Collection - War and Death

    my order no7279916351(right now is refunded)

    when i owened this game ,i found i do not owned the game Darksiders III - Blades & Whip Edition

    which showed in the pages, so i hurried up to ask for your CS help.

    Well this is the shame thing

    While i talked with your CS , your CS asked and checked the link, and you know what ? He changed the information of the game!!!! i will post while we are talking the page how it was. this link is your CS give it to me to confirm, showed he can also
    see i should have 3 games

    and after 3.40pm this page had been changed ,bravo , MS you did well, your are the best one!

    However , i had photos recorded, after we chatted 1 hour , he said he can do nothing but refund.

    Are you kidding me? I really very angry with this case

    I knew you side would say it was a mistake, but pls check the page when i bought , the game ico showed 3 games!!!!

    I give links and your CS confirmed it should be 3 games!!!

    I really know that your side will say it was a mistake, but pls check the ICO of the game , does it contain 3 games in my photo?Do your have sprite of contract? Confirmed the detail and could not do anything but cancelled
    for an hour wastering?

    Very disappointed in microsoft store CS. They told me it was a K2 problem and there was nothing they could do to help. REALLY? The issue is with the microsoft store. FIX YOUR PROBLEM!

    You've not had multiple infractions against your account or had other accounts banned? Too many accounts banned can also lead eventually to a console ban as well.

  6. Darksiders 3 was added to the bundle by mistake. For the low price of $40, so you know it was a mistake. They are now revoking Dark Siders 3 from the bundle. It sucks, but mistakes happen. Sorry it upset you.
