Really slow download question

I was wondering with the problems on live is that a result as to why my evil within digital purchase is stuck at 1% since last night?

Hey again Primenay! It's possible there's some setting we're missing. I've been trying to research but it doesn't look like many people have experience with this router and Xbox Live together. Did you get this router from your ISP or did you buy it yourself?
If you got it from your ISP I'd suggest calling them to see if they've had anyone else having similar slow speeds.

Other than that, the only thing I can really think to try would be a wired connection, since that would give us a definite on if the issue lies somewhere with in the wireless connection. But I know you've already said router is too far from your T.V.s to try
that.

 

Is it possible? Yes They do note the communication and gaming systems are affected.

My suggestion? Cut the system off, like completely even if that means unplugging the power source and waiting a few seconds. Then bringing it back up, if the download goes to working your good to go!

If not...I was say completely remove the download. Go back to the store and click "install" again, maybe it's getting hung from the servers and restart on it will do the trick!

I tried both of what u said , thanks by the way. On a hunch i hooked up an ethernet coord because the wifi in my house sucks to the point i am using a range extender. The wired setup is working right now
