really need help from someone who works at xbox

Hello. my account just got falsely perma banned, and i really need help. i disputed the decision but it was curiously upheld probably by some guy who hates his job and doesnt care. i admittedly sent a nasty message to my long time FRIEND and as a joke in
return he reported me, of course thinking xbox support wouldnt take the matter seriously. and now all the games ive ever bought. the thousands of hours ive put into my games and my admittedly awesome gamertag are gone over a joke. if i were to be put into
contact with someonenwho can seriously help me i could prove that the person who reported me HAS in fact been friends with me for years and he would also vouch for me to regain my account as he was far from truly offended by my message. i would hope someone
@XBoX could actually take a second to care about long term customers and give me a chance to prove myself. my twitter handle is @AvoyFie.

I need help! I have been in contact with support many times and i need someone who knows the process to please look at my case and help me! I get no response from the customer advocacy team. Please someone see this and escalate this case. I am begging
for support and really really wish to be treated like a customer. I beg please again someone look at my case and call me! I need your help!!

 

im desperate to regain access to my account and if i could prove that i did no one anyharm i would even be ESTATIC to just have permanent communications ban. i simply want my account back more than you could possibly imagine. id do almost anything

 

Permanent suspensions are usually permanent and can't do anything the best thing i advise is checking enforcement.xbox.com/ that is the official website where you can hopefully setup a case review. If you cannot click on case review then you can't contact
the enforcement team explaining the issue.
