Really need help for streaming/connecting my XB1 S to my win10 desktop

This feature used to work fine until recently whenever/whatever something got changed within my LAN/desktop/console.

Basically I just launch my xbox app on my win10 desktop then click 'turn on', which works fine, which means xbox app finds the console IP correctly. Then issue occurs, the app stucks at connecting to the console. It keeps saying that 'we were unable to connect
to your console. make sure XXX'. OK then I go to my console change the connection settings from 'allow only signed in account' to 'allow everyone', then I got through the connection section, the app reaches 'start stream'. Then issue occurs again, it says
'to be continue, using the same account signed in your console'. Since I am 200% sure I am exactly using the same account log in my xbox app/my console/my desktop so
I reckon the problem is due to console can't recognize the login details sent by app or app sends wrong information ? I also installed xbox app on my smart phone/laptop and another one which names smart glass app on my desktop to do connection, all
of them give an 8000001f error.

If I ping my console from desktop the result is quite well the time is usually under 5ms or sometimes 10 ms which I don't think it matters. I used to connect my console wired to a WIFI extender which wirelessly connects my main router but I have already
tied connecting my console directly wired to my main router but the problem still there. So I don't think it is relative to my LAN.

The console works perfectly on TV if I don't the 'stream' feature.

BTW router model is D-LINK DSL-4320L which is triple band one with one 2.4G and two 5Gs. I tried all of them.

I have spent several days on this topic and nearly tied all methods I can think of just no luck.

Ways I have tried and checked:

upnp enabled on router.

router gets update to latest firmware/ restart many times/ go back default factory settings

xbox app/ console in its latest version as well.

xbox(beta) app already tried

console's NAT type usually open sometimes moderate

already tried removing my account and adding it again on my console

erase console's content and go back to the default factory one

obviously hard restart console many times

also tried connecting console directly to desktop using network cable and set adapter in bridge mode. The console gets turn on in app but still stuck at 'connecting'

even tried using wireshark to capture the data package sent by xbox app and got it but the data is not readable since it might be encrypted.

Now I am totally lost here, which is so annoying. Please assist with any tips/diagnosis tools I can use to sort it out.

But this would be using your local area network right? So you don't really need a high speed connection but rather a good router.

It's not all it's cracked up to be people. Streaming is currently pretty meh.

I used Steam's new built in streaming to stream Dead Rising 3 from my desktop to my laptop, and it was okay, but there was a performance hit and there were times when I experienced lag and freezing because of connection problems. (By that I don't mean the actual game froze, I meant that the feed cut out for a few seconds while trying to reestablish a connection).

We need better internet in America if we actually want to use this as a mainstream method of gaming.
