Really my old spending does not count

So after my Reward Account is finaly set to the correct region, you are NOT counting my spendings in the last 2 Years in that region! I spent a lot under my account in the last 2 years (in that region). There should be something you can do. Because I did
all steps 2 years ago except waiting 24hours to reregister there was NO information about that point in the normal process referring to a region change. Thanks

By the way this is not true: "Your total spend since 01/09/15: $xxx" Please verify

Hello Little Joda,

We can only Reward purchases made in you Rewards Account region. Since your Rewards Account was not set to Reward the regional currency you were spending in, we cannot Reward those purchases.

Your purchase total was likely showing "$xxx" due to your registration not being complete. I can confirm that your new account has been created, and is now tracking your purchases since registering.
