    Really Microsoft?


    Wow, I cannot access my xbox account due to a white screen asking for my details. I fill it in, no problem but once I press continue, TRY AGAIN, THERE IS A PROBLEM. I know this has happened to many people and the advise was to delete and download again
    the account. I have done this three times now and it hasn't worked. Please respond to this ASAP. Thank you.

    Microsoft is working on it. You can get updates by clicking on the red Service Alert banner
    here.

    When you signed back on, did you select "No Barriers" or "Passkey" for your sign-on options?

    Xbox Service Alert     out regarding signing into Xbox Live. You may need to wait a while before you can sign into your profile. If you'd like notification about when the alert is over and Xbox Live services are back up and running, feel free to click the hyperlink
    above and navigate to that page. There is an option for requesting a one-time text notification to let you know when it expires.

    You have to have the update to connect to Xbox Live.

    Ah right, maybe you could try to disable your network access. Either unplug you network cable, remove wireless adaptor or turn off your router. Then clear cache and remove update while offline, reconnect and try the update again.
