    You can always go to settings. Then go to system/updates and downloads then uncheck "keep my console up to date" and "keep my games & apps up to date". Then you can update whenever you have free time.

    I really wish there would be some sort of warning about updates if you are on. That way you can restart immediately or wait until you are done.

    Could mean one of two things first

    Ita the wrong code for the wrong region

    Fyi going to.funny websites that offer.multi national codes not recommended id stick with legit sites like cdkeys at least they have a reputation to be legit

    You can talk to support but really ita a retailer issue
