Really frustrated

    Really frustrated


    I've got Titanfall today at 12:30PM looking forward to play it. turns out I can't because of this Sign In problem Its curently 8:20 and still hasn't been fixed. what kind of bs is this? I can't even sign in at all or played the game I just bought THIS NEEDS

  2. Getting Really Frustrated!!!!

    Since April I've sent my Xbox One in three friggin' times because the fan wouldn't stop squeaking. I got it back this week and now it's chirping again!!! I'm getting really tired of this shenanigan. The Xbox One works it's just the fan is chirping and driving
    me absolutely crazy!!!

  3. Really Frustrated With Microsoft

    My xbox one started overheating and I was told that basically I have to buy a new one. I can't just afford to buy a new console every 2 years. That said, I shopped around for 2 days and found the xbox s 500 gb for $226 plus tax, plus a game of my choice
    so I ordered it. I would have upgraded to the xbox x if it were cheaper or there were payment arrangements...

    OK, so the new console arrives tomorrow and just now I learned of the All Access Plan in which you can buy the console over time, and get the gamepass and xbox live for $35 per month for xbox x, and $22 per month for xbox s. So I called support to see what
    options I had, and they would not convert it over the phone, instead, they told me I have to return the console I ordered and drive 3 hours to the closest store to purchase another one with that offer. WHAT. THE. ****. MICROSOFT????

    Why not make things a little more user friendly? If you help me out with this, I will end up paying you MORE money over time and I will REMAIN a member of your service for TWO years. Rather than cancel everything when I go back to school each semester...
    but no. We can't do things the simple way, can we? We can't put ourselves in the customer's place, can we??

    for updates on any problems regarding connecting to Xbox LIVE on Xbox One. The page is updated on a 30 minute frequency and once the problem subsides, you should be able to continue
    without issue. I understand that the issue has persisted longer than anyone would like, but hang tight, I am sure they will have this sorted as soon as they can.

    If you're having connection issues, quite often a hard reboot will resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.

    I understand your frustration but you have to look at it from their side too. It might not be easy for them to just convert your purchase to their all access plan.

    I beleive they helped you as best they could.
