Really frustrated with the Xbox One

Frustrated with the Xbox One, apps and games crash, some games won't start, one game i bought won't install and there's nothing wrong with the console itself. When will Microsoft fix their broken OS? It can't function properly on doing the most basic things.
I even tried to contact support they didn't help, contacted them the second time they wouldn't answer.

My xbox one started overheating and I was told that basically I have to buy a new one. I can't just afford to buy a new console every 2 years. That said, I shopped around for 2 days and found the xbox s 500 gb for $226 plus tax, plus a game of my choice
so I ordered it. I would have upgraded to the xbox x if it were cheaper or there were payment arrangements...

OK, so the new console arrives tomorrow and just now I learned of the All Access Plan in which you can buy the console over time, and get the gamepass and xbox live for $35 per month for xbox x, and $22 per month for xbox s. So I called support to see what
options I had, and they would not convert it over the phone, instead, they told me I have to return the console I ordered and drive 3 hours to the closest store to purchase another one with that offer. WHAT. THE. ****. MICROSOFT????

Why not make things a little more user friendly? If you help me out with this, I will end up paying you MORE money over time and I will REMAIN a member of your service for TWO years. Rather than cancel everything when I go back to school each semester...
but no. We can't do things the simple way, can we? We can't put ourselves in the customer's place, can we??

I understand your frustration but you have to look at it from their side too. It might not be easy for them to just convert your purchase to their all access plan.

I beleive they helped you as best they could.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with games and apps. To check, which steps have you tried to help clear this up? If you haven't already be sure to give a full power cycle a try by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds (until your Xbox One powers
off). If you're still having trouble, please try uninstalling and reinstalling some of the games/apps you're having trouble with.

Yea I am getting that every once in awhile with xbox video. At times it won't let me buy a movies. When I click buy it just dashboards or it just sits there and nothing loads.

I am hoping theres going to be an update soon. Apps are having issues working. either they just don't start or drop to dashboard.

The my games and apps thing is totally messed up. it doesnt even show all my videos. to bad we can't download videos anymore.

I reinstalled the game and it worked but the other game i bought doesn't install no matter what, i got enough space.

To check, what exactly happens when you attempt to install the other games? Do you get an error message or anything like that? Also, are you installing to the internal storage or are you installing to an external drive? Keep us in the loop with what's up

 

I get error message installing it to internal storage with enough space left over error is 0x80070570 not even Xbox support could help me.
