Really bizarre thing happening to my Xbox One, help please.

My Brother's Xbox One leaves these really bizarre burn marks on some discs. If it's any help identifying what's wrong, his Xbox sounds like a jet engine, where the fans become extremely loud and hot. Nothing is obstructing them, They're on a flat surface
with nothing in their way. The burns on the disc get to the point where the top layer of plastic is starting to peel off. This is honestly ridiculous.

Can't connect to my wireless router.

Please help me! The same thing is happening to me. Whenever i do factory defaults and turn off my xbox and my router, after i turn it on it still wont connect to my wifi. When i go to basic settings, it says that the wireless mode is not connected. I am
really confused. Please help me.

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

That seems like a hardware issue with your disc driver. I suggest you to send your console for repairs:

Looks like a glitch while rendering, try restarting the level/map, do you still see it?

This is when I play single player, not on line !! This is a bizarre thing that happens on Xbox One !!

Microsoft has change the way to create a gamertag. Now it gives you a random one to speed up the process and you can change the gamertag for free within 30 days.

If you were assigned a GT when setting up your account, you should be offered one free name change. You can do that here on Xbox.com in your account settings. It will be available for (I believe) 30 days.
