Really bad delay and quality in Xbox Streaming

Hey,

So I have tried about everything I can do to reduce the input delay and increase the quality, yet I don't get very far.

I have really bad input delay and really poor quality even though it's on Very High and there are no streaming issues. The quality is bad enough to where I can not spot things far away and instead blend in with the dark/light in the background, making playing
games harder.

All my devices are connected to a 1Gbps Ethernet switch using a Cat6 cable and there are no wireless devices other than my mice that can pose any interference. I have tried every single solution to fixing the bad delay and quality, but I don't get anywhere.

Is there anything I can do to fix this or improve this? Really would like to not have to swap between input modes constantly on my computer and Xbox.
