Real scores not updating

    My real NBA scores are not updating. The most recent I have is from Friday January 23, I have checked my internet connection and everything.

    Gammer Score not updating

    Hi Scott,

    I would recommend
    removing and adding the Microsoft account     back onto Xbox One since it is not updating the Gamerscore. If that does not work then please check out the following link:

    Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!!

    Side Note: please make sure to double check what email is being used with the gamertag before removing it from the console.

    Settings > System > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & passkey > Show on Home

    NFL Scores not updating

    Working for me so far. I had it give me an "information not available" response once when I tried to snap it up, but unsnapping the app and re snapping it got it back in order.

    xbox gamer score is screwed

    no it has not, on here it shows my real gamer score but on my xbox its shows 140904, and i can't get it to go away

    You cannot get your score reset.

    Your only real option if you want to start fresh is to start a new account.

    Are you serious, the only reason why you would buy an x1 is to keep your gamer score that means nothing in the real world that's sad.
