Real problem with the low reputation (Xbox One)

Hello, I purchased a new Xbox
One, by downloading it on
my old XBL profile (), but I noticed
that the reputation has diminished greatly,
without having played for a long time (I had
sold my Xbox One, in March/April
2014). I created this account
on my first One (bought on day one) and then
I also played on the 360 ​​(where
some people were sending me the negative reviews).
In my opinion this has affected the
reputation of the Xbox One. But
how is it possible that it is declining, and
had not played for about 6 months? Now I can not
EVER play ONLINE, with
NO PLAYER IN NO TIME OF DAY.
Not to mention that this is a problem

for 6 months? I can not even raise
a positive reputation, because I can not

Rep reset request

xTye, I will find the full link to how the new rep system works, but for now: Smart Match sees their Xbox Live rep too and when a person’s social reputation gets low enough the service will only match those low reputation players with similar low reputation
players. This gives them the benefit of playing with people just like them. Ultimately we want to help encourage good behavior between strangers. By the way, before a user ends up at this extremely low reputation level we will have sent many different alerts
to the user reminding how their social gaming conduct is affecting lots of other gamers. The chart includes examples of the reputation score that will be seen in the gamercard.

Reputation is community based opinion of your behaviour

There is no police officer or principle you can call in real life to fix your reputation in real life why would there be one in gaming?

Reputation is your behaviour and how people see it

You can only fix that reputation like in real life by changing your behavioir

I'm trying to make sure I understand the situation. To confirm, you had an Xbox One, got rid of it, and now only play on the 360. Due to the negative feedback from 360 players, it's causing your Xbox One reputation to fall. Is that correct?

I double checked the Enforcement site (to make sure something hasn't changed in the policies since I haven't visited the site in a while), and I don't see why you can't play online. Having an 'Avoid Me' reputation does not suspend you from Live or game play.
Breaking the Code of Conduct/Terms of Use and having the Enforcement Team/Game Developer issue a suspension would restrict your playing on Live.

Have you received any emails to your Microsoft Account saying you've been issued a suspension? Did you get an in-game message from a Game Developer that you were suspended?

You can increase your reputation as players leave positive feedback. Downside, most people are quick to leave negative feedback and don't always think to leave positive feedback for players. If you have a good gaming session with players, ask them to leave
you positive feedback.

Unfortunately it is not so simple, I know how it works XBOX LIVE, but my case is very unique.

1- I had no console, but bought a Xbox One (and created the profile on it).

2- I could play safely.

3- I bought an Xbox 360 and imported the profile created with the One.

4- I had 0 stars in the profile of the Xbox 360 (I am now 5 stars on the 360 and "GOOD" on the One, thanks to the positive reviews submitted by users 360). I could play safely with 360 and One.

5-!!! IMPORTANT: Now that I use the same profile on both, it can happen that some players sends me a negative rating IN THE XBOX 360, which AFFECTS the VALUATION of the account Xbox One!!!

6- I sold my 360 and One... * XBOX ONE REPUTATION: "CAN IMPROVE" (but for the players who sends me a negative rating on XBOX 360!!!).

7- After 6 months without having any console, I bought a Xbox One to two days. I imported the same profile in the new One. I "Avoid Me" as the evaluation (as is possible, if I have not played???)

8- I contacted support, but they say they play online and not annoy other players.

9- It's impossible to play online with all games, because nobody in the world has "Avoid Me" as reputation (if they exist, are few and do not play where I play), so I CAN'T PLAY ONLINE WITH NO ONE!!! So I can't IMPROVE the REPUTATION!!!

How this works is that if you receive negative rep on the ONE enough to be placed in the avoid me range, you are then only matched with others with the same rep. This has been causing problems because there is not always enough neg rep players on the same
game to fill a lobby. Therefore you can not join a multiplayer game. The rep you gain on the 360 has no effect on the ONE as far as I know. What happens is that it takes time for the reports to effect your rep. You likely had several neg rep reports that accumulated
while you were off line, but those reports were made while you were still playing. The best you can do now, is to try to play with friends, and go to the uservoice forum here:
Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice. Look for a post covering this topic, and vote on it. Otherwise create your own post and ask for a change in the rep system.

 

My big issue with the reputation system is how can Microsoft justify indefinitely suspending a player's online matchmaking privileges, which is essentially what this is, when the player hasn't broken terms of service or code of conduct?

If someone plays far more than the average player and accumulates a lot of complaints/reports because of playing a lot and doing well almost every game, does the player deserve to have their online matchmaking privileges revoked? They may think 46 reports/complaints
are a lot, but if you consider the amount of games played, 1,866, and mostly in Big Team Battle on Halo MCC, which includes 15 other unique players, the ratio is actually outstanding....1 report/complaint per 46 games played.

Enforcement Team is of no help. They will either ignore your posts or reply back rudely with automated copy & paste messages, no matter how much education you give them.

 

You 360 reputation will have no effect on your xbox one reputation.

Also when you sold your xbox one originally did you make sure to factory reset it so that your information was wiped off it?

If the person you sold it to was using your profile and being a *** then that would be whats lowered your reputation
