Real Name

I do not like Xbox One showing my real name, in today's world it is really unsafe practice Microsoft should know this. With that dais, how can I take my real name off my Xbox One system when I turn on my system. I use prepaid cards and have stop using
my credit card as I had on my 360. I rather use my secondary name.

If I share it with everyone, I'll only use my 1st name, much like I already do on the Xbox 360. Besides, Keith (my real name) sounds phonetically similar to Geek in some ways.

You do know that chances of people actually finding your in the billions of people around the world are slim right? They would.need a lot more info your city your address etc right?

Even them the people who see your alias are only on your console who know who you are anywyss

If you mean online people.they don't see your alias that's y for xbox only and only on your console.for.identification purposes

Online people.only see your gamertag

 

Not my Alias my real name, I do not like it shown, hackers are good so do not tell me no one can get it they can, as you add your name, address, zip code online most likely crooks have that information already. I can find information from 100 years ago,
and I am only a researcher. someone already found someones real name in a game already in the Division Dead Zone.

I do not care what Xbox may say, or Microsoft it is and has been a dumb idea real name sharing if I wanted you to know who I am and I don't know you or those billions of online people why would I. I could be someone famous, or very Important person ya know
a VIP etc... So, are you going to tell me how to do it or not !

Again it is highly unlikely someone will find Mike Adams in the billions in the world

 

So if they had your name.like.michael who knows how Dorthea differentiate between you and the billions in the world there could.be millions with that name and who.knows.how.mamy with an xbox
