    I don't know if I am talking in the right forum but I don't know what you would categorise this as.

    When I launch a game my Xbox says that it needs Re install or do an update, but when I go to my games and apps and see if it needs and update or anything else it's not there. I have gone and talk to a Xbox ambassador about it and they don't know what to
    do, I have done all the usual things like restarting my Xbox by holding the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds but it still doesn't work.

    Please respond to this if you have any helpful advice on what I should do.

    My Xbox One can't find any games on the Ready to Install screen. I know there should be games on it because I just downloaded Spelunky on my 360. The screen comes up saying "We couldn't get them just now".

    The suspension prevents from your account connects to xbox live or is only a communications/multiplayer suspension?

    Sometimes games just don't show up in the ready to install. Restarting your Xbox and/or signing out then back in can help "refresh" it.

    Sorry to hear you have run into this problem with your games not appearing on your ready to install list. As {Parity} has mentioned, I would advise that you try to

    Physically Power Cycle     your Xbox One and then taking another look to see if there is any changes.

    Hey there,

    Firstly check that both consoles are connected to the internet and cloud (Are your xbox one servers down for any reason?).

    Secondly check that the game itself is backwards compatible (which I believe it is).

    Thirdly, the Xbox One version runs through an emulator. Is there a fault with this?
