    Recently I've noticed my games that I uninstalled aren't going to my ready to install list and otherwise telling me to purchase them again any idea how I can fix this as I don't want to buy a game that I already have

    My Xbox One can't find any games on the Ready to Install screen. I know there should be games on it because I just downloaded Spelunky on my 360. The screen comes up saying "We couldn't get them just now".

    Hey there Dz Zeldex.

    Are you using the same account that originally purchased the games through the Xbox Store? It sounds like the games may be tied to a different account that has your Xbox One set as it's home console.

    The suspension prevents from your account connects to xbox live or is only a communications/multiplayer suspension?

    Sometimes games just don't show up in the ready to install. Restarting your Xbox and/or signing out then back in can help "refresh" it.

    Sorry to hear you have run into this problem with your games not appearing on your ready to install list. As {Parity} has mentioned, I would advise that you try to

    Physically Power Cycle     your Xbox One and then taking another look to see if there is any changes.

    Hey there,

    Firstly check that both consoles are connected to the internet and cloud (Are your xbox one servers down for any reason?).

    Secondly check that the game itself is backwards compatible (which I believe it is).

    Thirdly, the Xbox One version runs through an emulator. Is there a fault with this?
