    Ready to Install


    My Xbox One can't find any games on the Ready to Install screen. I know there should be games on it because I just downloaded Spelunky on my 360. The screen comes up saying "We couldn't get them just now".

    You need to set your your xbox as main xbox for your ready to install games to appear.

    Hey there,

    Firstly check that both consoles are connected to the internet and cloud (Are your xbox one servers down for any reason?).

    Secondly check that the game itself is backwards compatible (which I believe it is).

    Thirdly, the Xbox One version runs through an emulator. Is there a fault with this?

    Sometimes games just don't show up in the ready to install. Restarting your Xbox and/or signing out then back in can help "refresh" it.

    Sorry to hear you have run into this problem with your games not appearing on your ready to install list. As {Parity} has mentioned, I would advise that you try to

    Physically Power Cycle     your Xbox One and then taking another look to see if there is any changes.
