Ready to install not working

I bought a new hard drive today for my xbox one and my ready to install games are not showing up. All it says is "click to check for digital purchases".

"Ready to Install" not working

i have 3 Xbox Ones. One of the three will not display my "Ready to Install" games. It just has that spinning circle. This has been for 2 days.

Here is what I have done, based on the fact thst this seems to happen a lot to the xbox one, and there is a ton of advice on how to fix it (everywhere but on microsoft, oddly):

1. Hard reset- done. No effect

2. Disconnect then reconnect network- done. No effect.

3. Press right trigger, left trigger, and X simultaneously- done. No effect.

4. Check network strength- done. It's strong. Also my other xbox ones, ps4s, and Switch have no issues.

5. Log out then back in- done. No effect.

After dumping all of the money into Microsoft that I did this week, it would be nice to see some support.
