'Ready to install' list is gone from my game-library

Hey everyone!

I was wondering where the 'Ready to install' games are displayed right now. Normally they would appear right next to my games, but the list has vanished two days ago.. Does anyone has a clue about this?

I have an xbox live gold account, and I'm based in The Netherlands. Lots of thanks up front!

All Games Backward Compatibility doesn´t work on Xbox One

Same here. My entire xbox 360 library is no longer appearing under my ready to install list. I can't start any 360 digital game, and it doesn't even show that i OWN the games anymore.

Hundreds of dollars worth of games gone......

This is a horrible bug.

Please fix this quickly.

"Ready to install" list is gone

Are you on the Insider program? Seems to be an issue with quite a few people and not just yourself.

They should still be in the same place.Sometimes they do take a while to appear when you go to your games in "my games & apps".

Hi

Firstly please check your console has connected connected to Xbox Live to allow the list to show.

Secondly when you are in games section of My Games & Apps try pressing LT RT & Y at the same time on the controller and it should show all waiting to install items including the one you have hidden.

Hi guys!

First of all, thanks for the reply and all. My console has a proper connection to Xbox Live, so that wasn't the issue. Also, I went to games and waited for it to load, I let it load for about an hour, and the list was still not there. So I tried the LT RT
Y combination, but again, no results.

I also called the service-desk, their looking into it, but I haven't heard from them since my call three days ago.

Does anybody else have an idea? 'Cause I really would like to play some of those games again like Child of Light and Valiant Hearts and that kinda stuff.

Can you download the games again from the marketplace? It wont charge you again if you have already bought them.It should just say "install" instead of the price showing.

So, today I logged on, and all my games were back where they once were! I really don't know how or why, but I'm just glad to have my collection back!

I'm not sure about the order history thing, but have you gone through your Games and Apps to install the game? It should be listed as ready to install under Full Library.
