Ready To Install - is missing

Hi there.

About 4 days ago the Ready To Install section of My Games & Apps has disappeared.

It was last visible a couple of days before that as I purchased a USB 3.0 external HDD and started installing games to it. Now I can no longer see my "ready to install" games of which I have quite a few.

I've seen people reporting this issue back in June/July but it reappeared for them after a couple of days.

Does anyone know what the solution (or cause) is?

Missing games from ready to install list

I am missing games and apps from my ready to install list. When I search them in the store i still own them but i cannot see them in my ready to install list.

My "Ready to Install" is missing, but you CAN search for the game in the Xbox Store and install it. This option wasn't there the other day!

 

Couple of things that could resolve this in no particular order:

-Go back to MyGames and scroll to the far right, slowly allowing games to load before moving to the right more...once you reach the end of your games list...simply wait for 1 - 3 minutes. This should populate depending on your internet connection really
fast or very slow.

-Delete your profile off the xbox one, then perform a hard reset. Turn back on and add profile back.

-Go to the section and wait, games and ready to install, populate slowly in NXOE and will populate over time

If neither resolve this, check your purchases (under payment and billing, under your account on the website, not the xbox one) and if you see them, contact official support via official chat (not ambassador chat) or call

 

FYI the games have to have been purchased digitally to show up. If you have or had discs, those game will not populate.

 

I have tried hard reset and redownloading my account but I lost this due to lastnight xbox going down to update there was a game I really wanted to play with friends and I buy games on dishboard this is a let down ....... what am asking for is someone to
look into this I lost over 100 games if I cant get them back soon ill not be buying va dashboard and buy the disk ... disks are cheaper dashboard is not JS
