    Ready To Install Glitch


    On my Xbox one the ready to install tab is not showing any of my games. i called Microsoft and talked to them we tried resetting the Xbox we also did a factory reset. Microsoft told me to come here and ask. Ill take any help i can get with this.

    My Xbox One can't find any games on the Ready to Install screen. I know there should be games on it because I just downloaded Spelunky on my 360. The screen comes up saying "We couldn't get them just now".

    Given that you are able to install them from the Microsoft store sounds like there may be a glitch stopping the ready to instal list from showing these games.

    If you purchased the game on the account that you're posting with but can't see it on the Ready to Install list try downloading the game to your 360. Maybe it's just a glitch.

    Ive tried this twice now but it doesnt delete the data pack so i'm stuck in a glitched cycle! How can i delete all, including the data pack which is 'ready to install'?

    Thanks for the replies. Lb+Rb+x seems to work but only for that moment. When I return to my games and apps the ready to install list is gone again. Must be some glitch.
