Ready to Install games

On Xbox One, I have about 50 games in my Ready To Install section. They all show up alright but when i go to download one it will take a while to start. I checked the Manage section where I should see the game and any updates however next to Ready To Install
it just shows me a spinning circle constantly. Does anyone know if this is a problem with Xbox Live?.

Have you checked if it is under the origins ready to install tab?

Buying through Xbox Live store.

After deletion, the games will be in the "ready to install" section, located in"My games & apps" I currently have 117 games ready for install.

Hello there,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sounds like your console may need a refresher. I recommend starting with a

power cycle on your Xbox one.

Aside from that, you should also test out your connection to make sure your speeds are up to par with what you should be getting.

Press the Menu button on the Xbox One controller.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Detailed Network Statistics.

The results should appear in a few moments.

You can try resetting your console by holding the power button until it turns off completely, unplug the power cable and wait 10 seconds before popping it back in and turning on the console. This tends to help me with similar issues.

The game does not show on my Xbox one store because it cannot be bought for the one, but instead is backwards compatible. It is CSGO

This means that particular profile doesn't own the game and that it's linked to another profile. You can always check your purchase history as well to verify this.

No, the games are connected to your Xbox account, so when you log on to your Xbox One X your "ready to install" games will be there, ready to install!
