ready to install games not loading

so under my games and apps. and were its says ready to install the game are loading all it says is click to check for digital purchases we couldn't get them just now. I did a hard reset I also unplugged everything and still nothing. it was there an hour
ago and now nothing.

At this moment there are some server issues (see:
https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status) which can cause these symptoms.

For now you can do a full power cycle, hopefully that will work.

To do a full power cycle you can use the steps from this xbox support page.

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

 

I've gotten that a couple of times - when I set console to offline in network settings.

But if that is the case - you normally have a pinned entry on home screen to go online.

So second choice would be network failure - internet somehow?

Further - are you signed in?

 

Try leaving it to work for a good few minutes, sometimes it can take a while.

 

yeah it took 30 mins but it worked finally

Hey Everybody. I fix my issue when i went to this website. DOWN BELOW

They basically told me to RESTART MY console Through the Settings MENU

XBOX button>Settings>Scroll down to RESTART XBOX. let it boot back up.
