Ready to Install games list not showing up...

I am having issues with seeing my Ready to Install games list. None of my 100+ games are showing up on the list. I have checked the xbox live status page and everything except for a few items shows up as having issues.

The purchase and content usage is up and running.

Please fix this situation.

P.S. I have also tested deleting games I don't play and seeing if it they would show up on the list, its still blank as if those purchases never existed.

I have two xbox one's , one is at my own home en and the other one is at my girlfiriends house. The one standing at my home is set as my home Xbox One and is the console that i am using the most. At my girlfriend's house is am logged if i want to play my
games. But now comes the weird part. I bought a few new games during the sale on my account when i was at my girlfiriend's house. A few days later when i came home, the games didn't show up on my account within the ready to install page, the games weren't
automatic installed and if i go to the store it shows buy instead of install. i dubbel checked if the games where bought on my account and my email confirmed this.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem, i tried almost everything from reseting the console to reseting my router but nothing works

Are the missing games ones you have installed on your internal drive on your Xbox One console, external hard drive, or both?

You may want to try a soft factory reset of your Xbox One console selecting the option to keep your games and apps to avoid having to download them again.

Any changes with this experience after that?

 

Sorry it has taken me this long to reply. No it is the games I do not have downloaded but i have purchased or claimed with my xbox live gold account. The entire list of those games does not appear in the ready to install list.

 

Update:

Never mind. I guess i should have tried the hard reboot option first. The list has showed up again.

Hi there!!! Just faced this problem in last 7 days... looking over the matter, after I found this thread I decided to proceed with the soft factory reset and it did solve the problem!!! Just wanted to step by, let you know about it, and maybe other users
which come to face the same situation in the future, that this is still a must try to solve it!
