    Reading Save Device Issue


    So when I go on to Modern Warfare 3 on my Xbox one and select multiplayer I get stuck on the "Reading Save device" message and can't get passed it. I have tried all of the tricks including: clearing the cache, restarting the system, unplugging from the
    wall, and a multiple of other things but nothing seems to work. All of those solutions have worked for others but not me. Some help would be greatly appreciated as I have been having this problem for a few weeks. Thanks.

    Hi there Bullets4dayz29,

    Thanks for the reply! I understand there is an issue with launching Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox One. I recommend trying a
    power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out and let us know the results.
