make is simple we xbox gold members have agreed to

no refunds or compensations for outages

long phone support and online chat support

So we all agreed to pay annually for this. I get that ok!

but when reading post from xbox ambassador (not saying the name) states that basically the service is free and the amount we pay hold members pay means nothing.

But for 4 hours we would only get .10. This is a little disturbing as if i calculate the amount of time i play divided by the annual cost and the additional cost for games i would say my share would be greater than that.

retaining gold members would be my priority versus making free dollars????

a little confusing so not sure why we pay for gold membership???

The Xbox Live service is not perfect. Nothing is. Every once and awhile there are bound to be outages but they are few and far between when you look at the big picture. The fee for membership goes into a great many things.

lol did you read the post? The point of the post is to say that the error codes are redundant and a waste of time. Just put the error solution rather then just a code.
