*READ THIS PLEASE* 500+ Customers banned and need fair judgement!

So I will just say now I don't want to see the reply of "contact the enforcement team, or it's in the code of conduct," because the enforcement team just suspends and ban's if there is one trivial thing, such as messages, gameplay, or bio's that have nothing
that no one has done before. Accounts are being banned instead of 2, 7, 14-day suspensions. But that's for the people that have been permanently banned because they replied to a hate message or had some insulting words. In my case, I was banned for "This
account was given permanent suspension in early September for attempting to distribute unauthorized modifications, cheating, and interacting with prohibited modified consoles." Now I can 100% ensure that I do not own a modified console known as an RGH/JTAG.
My console is absolutely factory made and has not been modified from the day it was purchased. And the whole "attempting" part of the reply I received, was because I sent a message saying HOSTING MODDED LOBBIES YOU WILL GET 100+ ADVANCED supply drops, I was
doing youtube at the time which was pranks on Xbox that was going to be my content but obviously that wasn't able to happen because of losing $537 on Xbox for a joke. My account had no affiliation of ever be on a modified console. Now for your so called Enforcement
Team, Honestly whatever it is now, needs to be reformed, No more copy and paste bot replies, actual people putting in time to ensure what accounts should and shouldn't be suspended or banned. You have to understand when you're suspending or banning someone
with a year worth of money spent on Xbox it's not the account, achievements, or in-game stats, it's the hard-earned money spent on a gaming console. You also have customer support team that is the complete opposite of customer support, the enforcement is so
elusive and sketchy not even your technical support or customer support agents, or even the customers can contact them about the account. Last I have to is to say is I will be screenshotting this post in case it deleted or not answered for further cases. Also

What games are you looking forward to this year?

Gears of War Judgement day, GTA, Grid 2 and Rainbow 6. To be fair I think thats really it. I can't think of any more.

They need to fix this it isn't fair to the loyal customers to advertise such a deal but we can't get it.I was also unable to get this deal.

 

By the way, the Banned GamerTag is CinemaToDaMax if the Enforcement team decides to take a look at this post and not a bot. A P.S I have done the whole review case, and as usually it was upheld like every other case.

If you have done that & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

Advertising modded lobbies is a violation of the ToU/CoC,doesn't matter if you meant it as a joke or not,it is something that is taken very seriously.

Support are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so they can't help you.

It is issued only as a final resort and for serious offences or egregious in which case you should've learner the first time

You have to understand that own 99.9% of live doesn't have enforcment issues why can't you? It's not rocket science to follow plain English rules

Don't curse, don't solicit for Services or don't harass or cheat

Don't ask for account info etc

Just be human

 

Buying back a perma banned troll account is not gonna happen. I believe MS and ET will keep there dignity even if they lost troll customers to protect our XBL community.
