    Hello,

    Try to make sure that all gamertags associated with previous gamertags are deleted (profile only), then clear your system cache 3 times (back to back), and then try to download your profile again and see if it works out.

    Clearing Cache:

    Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Highlight your storage device > Press Y > Clear System Cache > Select Yes (Do this step 3 times in a row).

    Then after that's done, try to download your profile again and see if it works out.
