In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. The 1250 would have been from making your first purchase using your Microsoft
account credits. There are currently no offers Ghost Recons is eligible for, so you would only receive credits if you are eligible for VIP rebates.

Invitations are not given via the forums and are not a guarantee you will be accepted into the program.

Furthermore, there are likely many other people who enjoy gaming and would benefit from a free console, and it would be unfair to single out one person for special treatment.

I would encourage you to continue to pursue your passion for gaming and consider saving up to purchase an Xbox console on your own. You can also look into borrowing a console from a friend or family member, or participating in gaming events or tournaments for a chance to win prizes.

Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps

*If this doesn't work you should try replacing the disc
