Can someone help me, please? Sorry for my bad english.

I have set my xbox to factory settings today. Now my add ons are gone and I do not remember my profile name. I have set up a new account and I was already online.

Is it possible to reactivate my old account?

Yah, keeps you alive longer but I doubt it'll do much good if you're no good at tanks.

Like me for example. I stink in tanks. Having reactive armor would just slow my inevetiable death lol.

Sorry but nothing can be transferred to another gamertag. However, if you don't know the email of the tag in question then contact phone support for assistance. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they'll be able to provide the email

my old account got messed up because i wasn't on the email for a year and it deactivated and when i reactivated it, the password won't work and i don't remember my security questions, so i had to make a new account.
