reactivate beta-tester

Hi community,

I joined as Beta-Tester, and my console is registered as an beta tester console. But I haven't the xbox one preview app to report problems or to invite friends to test for xbox either.

What can I do?

I already searched in the US market for this app, and the german market, too. There isn't any entry for this preview app.

Do you can reactivate my beta tester account?

I need to reactivate my Beta Login.

An account in my Family named Skybasement needs its Beta Login reactivated.

 

Beta Tester for Xbox Games?

I am not sure how people get to be beta testers for games. My friend preordered SWTOR and got a chance to do some beta testing. I think before it was released, they did several waves of beta testers.

 

Had you received an email regarding downloading the app in the past and downloaded it? If so and you no longer have it on your console then go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right for the Waiting to Download list. You'll be able to find
it there.

If your console is registered then the app will have had to be downloaded to begin with as the app is the only way to register the console.

 

No I haven't got an email. Probably I was forgotten in this case?

But my cosole is registered as Beta Preview because I already have the new update on my xbox and the xbox support said, that my console is registred as Beta Tester, too.

What I can do here?

 

Xbox support wouldn't be able to tell whose console is registered or whose console is not. Had you sent yours in for repair at some point in the past? The only way to get the preview dashboard is through a message to your gamertag.

If you believe that you should be in the program then please send a pm to either Mister Fitzer or mistur niceguy for more assistance.

If you are, as you say, in the preview program then resending an invite will do nothing for you. Please send a pm as I instructed and they will be able to confirm if you are in the program and then take the necessary steps to help you.

 

are they real xbox live accounts?

Mister Flitzer doesn't reply and Mistur niceguy doesn't accept private messages and/or friend invites

 

It's Mister Fitzer (no L) and you'll need to send these messages by searching for a post of theirs on the forums then clicking the envelope icon underneath. They will not reply to messages sent to their gamertags.

Looks like you registered to the preview program before you changed your gamertag. You were never removed, so have been receiving updates ever since, but since we had your old gamertag on record we did not get you a link to the Preview Dashboard.

We'll send you a system message tonight with a link to download the Preview Dashboard.

Please feel free to PM me if you do not receive this by tomorrow.

Also, you should have permissions to access the preview forums by tomorrow as well.
