    Reaching out about an Xbox Live Rewards email

    Hello Tchak,

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    I went on my phone and it is working there. The suspension is because I sent the word suicide in Spanish and Chinese because he did not understand what I was saying. It wont give me the option to submit a case review. Suspending someone based off a word
    and not the actual conversation doesnt seem right at all. You would see that I was nothing but nice to the guy. Being punished for trying to help someone is backwards.

    As Pandy Yato said, You will need to speak to your parent/caregiver and see if they can let you play because adults make those changes.
