REACH wont install

Discus and support REACH wont install in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; disc is clean, removed persist storage, xbox 360 saves, hard reset and even reinstalled my account but still wont instal..... any1 else????...     REACH wont install


    disc is clean, removed persist storage, xbox 360 saves, hard reset and even reinstalled my account but still wont instal..... any1 else????

    Hey W3L5H R4R3 81T!

    Have you already power cycle on their Xbox One console? Be sure to check out the troubleshooting article that outlines problems
    playing a disc on your Xbox One     if you haven't already. For extra testing, can you play a DVD and see if your console is able to recognize and play it?

    We're gonna need a little more information here so questions inbound.

    Are you trying to install from a disc or digitally? And are you getting any specific error codes/messages? If so, could you please provide them to us? Are you attempting to install/download the game to your internal storage or an external storage device?

    Having as much information as possible will help us try to figure out what the issue is. REACH wont install :)

    It's not specific to Reach. No BC title game is installing right now.

    I've tried all: restarting the console, unplugging, restore to factory defaults.

    BC installation from phisical disc is broken.

    its by disc to internal hd, no errors at all.... dashboard sshows no picture, just says "install disc" so wen i press install multiple times, nothing happens at all....
