    RE7 DLC purchased on PC Not Showing up on Xbox (Play Anywhere)


    Hello everyone, i Purchased Resident Evil 7 Coin Pack DLC from the MS store on PC, its labeled as "Play Anywhere" just like the other RE7 DLC`s i got.. yet will not show up on my Xbox, all the other DLC has shown up on my Xbox except that one. Any

    I checked my order history online and its showing on my account and there is no option to download it to my xbox.

    Hi Edkill13,

    You can check your order history online via this link and download the DLC from there https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/. OR you can check your order
    history from your Xbox:

    1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Go to Settings > Xbox Assist > Help.
    3. Select Purchases & downloads > Purchases > How to get purchase history.
    4. Select Order history to view your purchases.
    Now if you dont see the purchase via your order history>>> is it possible you brought the DLC on a different account?

    I was able to get hold of support, after troubleshooting some more and still nothing so i had to put in for a refund.

    Try searching manually for it in the xbox store and install it from there.
