RE7 DLC free with gold not working

Hi so Resident Evil 7 DLC: End of Zoe, Banned Footage Vol 1 and 2 is free with Xbox live gold. However I installed them and in-game, it says it is not installed. Then when I look at RE7 installs is says they are installed. But if I look at the DLC itself on the store, and press manage, then it comes up with ‘check back in a little bit, we’re having trouble getting your stuff right now’. Any ways to fix it? Thanks
