    RE3 best buy costume code redeemed but no content appears.


    i entered the code above this morning through the microsoft store. code was accepted. i loaded the game and the content doesnt appear. all subsequent attempts to re-enter the code says already redeemed. I restarted both the game and console multiple times.

    go to My Games and Apps

    highlight RE3 then press the Menu button (3 horizontal lines)

    select Manage Game and Add-Ons

    see if the content is there for download

    Did you buy the content from the Xbox Store on your console or from a 3rd party?

    If you bought it from the Xbox store the content will be automatic, if you bought it from somewhere else they would need to give you a code that you can redeem.

    All of the bonus content in FUT 19 is for the FUT game mode only. This content will ONLY appear in Ultimate Team.
