RE: Zombies Without DLC Achievements

Hello,

Just wanted to see if maybe I am missing something or if Xbox really allowed COD Advanced Warfare to create achievements that you cannot even obtain without spending cash? I am speaking in particular about the Exo-Zombies achievements. In the past, those
achievements weren't thrown into the mix until you paid for and received the DLC... If this is how it's going to be, what a petty tactic to increase sales. I've bought every single COD for xbox on the release date since COD 4. I have every single DLC post
from MW2 up until AW. Because of these stupid tactics that are more aimed at pleasing investors (increasing sales) and the fact that the every other one has included Zombies before, I see this as getting less for your money. Unless I am completely off my
rocker and missed something completely here. I can't see myself feeling confident enough with the franchise to continue to pre-order COD and purchase DLC. I already refuse to buy the DLC for AW because I honestly don't see the value, especially when the latest
version offers less content than every version before... I've been an xbox live member for 11+ years, is any long term gamer also feeling like the COD franchise is steadily going down hill? Maybe too much has been spent on A list celebrities? Maybe too
much spent on marketing?

NO More ZOMBIES and improve Game achievement

I am also hoping for a zombie game decline, but its such a popular genre, that I personally doubt there will be a year without a zombie game.

As for achievements, i personally think all achievements should be obtainable offline, and dlc achievements include online achievements, However, i am more inclined to ask for more achievements per game (50 = 1,000pts, 75 = 1,250pts) not less. Achievements
are fun to get, and for 'Achievement Hunters' it allows the player to explore different aspects of gameplay or the world, or play in a new way they have not tried before.

 

Need Help with Exo Zombies

My exo zombies is stil broken even after re downloading season pass compatibility pack and dlc gettin stress mp maps work but no zombies

 

The achievements were always there when DLC released. I hadn't purchased some of the DLC for Black Ops 1 & 2 and the Achievements still were new. IMO I feel like you're looking too much into this. Have your opinions about DLC sure, but to suggest that something
that's been a standard practice for the COD franchise for years as suddenly a scam is ignorance. This is standard practice for almost every game that's been released for Xbox One and 360 for the last few years. I hadn't bought any Dead Rising 3 DLC, but the
Achievements are still there as an example.

I find it hard to believe that someone who's played every iteration of the COD series, can honestly believe that the achievements are only added to your list if you buy the DLC.
