    Re-Upgrading to Premium Not Working


    Like other players have posted in the forum, my premium subscription expired and I received a message to uninstall the solitaire app and reinstall to refresh my license. I did that and then got the same message again. Please advise...

    Well after having a relatively glitch free month my monthly upgrade to Premium is now due with several requests from the game. Have tried to upgrade no 6 times to no avail...takes all my info then simply doesn't renew...please fix

    im trying to get call of duty elite working

    microsoft has it in their transactions that i subscribed to call of duty elite

    but i cant access the premium content now that ive purchased a year of elite.

    i only get the status code 80190128 at the end of upgrading, an same old free

    elite, i have no access to elite premium content although i should.

    I am having the same problem... when I uninstalled and reinstalled to try to correct a problem with the black screen (video driver issue) I no longer have access to my Premium features and can't restore it using the uninstall, clear store cache, and reinstall
    method.

    Another person chiming in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times. I've also emptied cache. I don't know what else to try.

    I don't understand why Microsoft is not doing anything about this. This is a common bug for many users. We are paying for a premium subscription. And what do we get? No support, Ads, a tons of frustration.

    I have the issue since July. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the game hundred of times without sucess. Premium subscription is simply not recognized. I even tried to ask Windows 10 to do a reinstall. Premium was back few hours and then disappeared again.

    Every time I try to apply for Premium again, I got the same error message: [CV:B/pjEg5w4E6rLEYq.146.1] (the sequence seems to change everytime except the 146.1).

    PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

    Same issue here. There are some more responsive Microsoft support people on the main(?) microsoft crowdsupport page.

    I have tried all those recommendations and have got nowhere. The troubleshooter for apps/app store fixed a couple of issues it detected, but this made no noticable difference to this error.

  10. I'm trying to buy a yearly subscription for the first time and I'm getting the same thing.

    Looks like Microsoft just doesn't give a flying turtle about us.

    Hi,

    I had the same issue. Here is what I did to fix it. I had to do this twice on two different computers, so this seems to be an effective fix.

    First uninstall the app that is giving you the error. After it is unistalled, go

    here
    and run the troubleshooter. After running the troubleshooter restart computer. Then, I recommend running the troubleshooter once more. After, running it again, Re-download your app, and everything should work. I hope this helps.

    Like others I had the same issue. I tried Sgt TDizzle's solution (thanks). When I ran it the troubleshooter the first time it told me I had a corrupted windows store cache and asked if I wanted to fix it. I replied yes and it eventually came back and
    said it was unable to fix my corrupted cache. I then rebooted and without opening any other application, tried the troubleshooter again. I got the same "corrupted cache ... do you want to fix it". I again said yes and it again said it was unable to fix
    it.

    Frustrated I reinstalled Solitaire and after resynching/restoring my previous status ... I tried the premium upgrade again ... and viola it worked. So while the troubleshooter didn't look promising, it may have done something which allowed the upgrade.

    Again thanks to Sgt TDizzle.

    Microsoft/Xbox: You have a problem with this issue and it's not the only thread reporting it. You have customers paying money and the product is not working. And yet you don't even respond ... that's more frustrating than the problem itself.
