Discus and support Re: uninstall/re-install solution in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried the uninstall/re-install tactic and did get my points and puzzles back BUT I also got the NOT downloading problem again.     I tried the uninstall/re-install tactic and did get my points and puzzles back BUT I also got the NOT downloading problem again. Don't know why this works for some but not others.

    Message don’t work.

    I found the solution to this. It is very simple. Just uninstall and re-install and it worked for me.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Unfortunately the suggestion you made didn't wok, but I did try to reboot the machine, which your link eventually led me to. This worked so everything is all good in the world again!

    I found the solution to this. It is very simple. Just uninstall and re-install and it worked for me.

    Hi there,

    regarding the freezing please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    To check if that works or not, a lot quicker then reinstalling.

    Regarding the question if you will loose progress, if the console us connected to the Internet (Xbox Live) then your save game will be synchronized with the cloud, which means that on what ever console you login in with your account your save game will be
    available to you.

    So in short, No you shouldn't loose any progress

    try and uninstalling and then re installing the game. Maybe that will work, if it doenst, uninstall and then turn off the WIFI to the xbox, Then re install the game.
