For specific issues with Microsoft casual games, I suggest you contact game support, as it is something specific to the Taptiles title, the game developer also recommends that you contact their support and they report the same error on their official page, as is shown by the link below.

I purchased a Taptiles premium subscription for one year with my Xbox Game/Microsoft Store account as well on my desktop PC, I logged onto my laptop under my Xbox Games ID and the Taptiles premium worked fine, about 1 months into the subscription the laptop
Taptiles premium game advised that my subscription was expiring and I needed to re-purchase. The desktop premium Taptiles is still valid and working fine. What is this all about and why do I have to deal with this? Can someone please respond back to this thread.
