down every 5minutes or so, this is getting very very agravating, especially when playing with 4 other players in a dungeon and I just disapear, because xbox shuts down all the time. I have given you so much cash, just to be able to play TOL, AND REALLY GUYS,
IF I AM PAYING YOU SO MUCH CASH, TO PLAY TOL, (Tamriel Online) DO YOU REALLY NOT THINK YOU DESERVE ME NOTHING, IN ALL THE HELP YOU SHOULD BE GIVING ME...and yes you certainley should be making sure your very good paying customers, are given the top of the
line help they rightely should be given and deserve. Yes xbox shut downs are of a MAJOR CONCERN. SINCERELY AND HOPING FOR ONCE IN ALL, YOU ARE ABLE TO RECTIFY THIS TECH COMMUNITY.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited

Hi Everyone!

Please help me with this query.

The game is
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited and my friend purchased the
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Imperial Edition - Preorder.

All game features work in his account but it does not with other profiles.

I tried to use the Explorer pack but my account is not allowed.

Please help me.

Try reinstalling updats manually using a USB drive, it may fix software issues with your Xbox causing it to shut down by itself.

Azrael was answering my question. Here is the answer to yours, this is the email they send if you have a PC account and buy the game for the console linked to that account.

Thank you for purchasing The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited™ for Console with account copy.

Your account will be copied from PC/Mac to console on June 1, 2015, at 10AM EDT. Shortly after your account is copied from PC/Mac to the console of your choice, you will receive your digital game code for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited.

In preparation for this transfer, please take note of the following:

This is an account copy. Once the copy is complete, your PC characters as well as your console characters will not share any items or progression. They will exist independently of one another.

All entitlements will carry over, including Imperial Edition and Explorer's Pack benefits.

ESO Plus membership status will not carry over. You will need to re-enroll in ESO Plus on your console.

Crowns will not transfer from PC/Mac to console. Any crowns left in your Crown Balance will remain on your PC character. Any items purchased with crowns will transfer to the console version.

Besides crowns, the following will also not transfer: Mail, Guilds, Guild Banks, Friends List, Ignore List, Leaderboards, and Campaign Status.

Upon completion of the account copy, The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Customer Support team will be unable to restore any characters or items that may have been deleted from the PC/Mac account prior to the transfer.
