Re-Suspended IMMEDIATELY After 1 Day Suspension

Hi, my account is and I have recently served a one day suspension for a first time offense (communications enforcement).

I was suspended March 28. 2017 at 7:14:40 AM for one day, and then within less than 24 hours of that suspension's time ending, I was re-suspended at 8:34:15 PM on March 30, 2017. This suspension is for a full week until April 6, 2017.

I am completely confused on how I was re-suspended so quickly, especially because I had not communicated with ANYONE through voice chat in any game, and only used text to speak to 4 of my friends, and party chat to speak to 2 of those friends during that
24 hour span where I was unsuspended. I still have the messages from that time, and none of them violate the code of conduct.

I attempted a case review but was promptly rejected, again, despite having NO communications during that 24 hour span, of which I probably only played for 2 or 3 hours of.

Please help with this issue. I am looking to resolve it as soon as possible. I think it may be a glitch or a double suspension made in error.

A little background on my account: I have had a clean account for 7 years, no enforcement action, and had always had a five star reputation on Xbox 360, and continued to have a green bar on Xbox One. I would like to continue to use the service, but I am
really let down that I am being suspended despite having proof of no inappropriate communications during that time. I will admit the one day suspension was deserved, and I served it justly. But being re-suspended so quickly for a communications enforcement,
despite having almost no communication, is unfair, and it is causing me to miss Wrestlemania Weekend (on Xbox' WWE Network app) with my friends.

Picture related is a screenshot of my conversations from that day (now 1 day ago) where I was unsuspended, and then re-suspended for a week for inappropriate communications. TDIE xDarkstar, vProSkillz, xxCodyisBoss34, ZeldaBruh, and HuntingSpider15 are all
my friends, and our texts were short and I only responded to two of them. I communicated with no one else during that time. below that is 2 days ago, where I was still suspended. Enforcement has made a mistake in their case review.

Would have to be after 5pm - suspension work the same way if you were suspended at 11pm on day 1 then on day 7 you will be un-suspended at the same time.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Investigations do take time, so your suspension could be for something that happened weeks or months ago.

 

Understood, but why would I be suspended back to back in such a short time? Each suspension is listed for a certain reason. Each suspension is not for one, sole offense. A suspension can hold multiple offenses.

You would be saying that (theoretically) if were to have illegal communications with someone, mod my account, and harass someone, I would be banned three separate times? That is not how it works, as per enforcement policy (Xbox Enforcement | How Do I) and
that is how I know that I should not be re-suspended so quickly.

 

It just depends on what they discovered during their investigation of your account or the complaints they are investigating. It's not necessarily for multiple types of violations, but it could be for violations at different times. For example, someone files
a complaint on you one week and then someone else files a complaint 3 weeks later. The enforcement team investigates the first complaint and determines you violated the code and suspend you, then investigate the second complaint and issue a second suspension.
