Hi all, I’m hoping you can help me. I’ve tried multiple days in a row to start a repair to my son’s XBox one s but the website won’t load. Then i tried the call me back option twice two days ago and no one has called. Our XBox is still under warranty and
won’t turn on. We have tried EVERYTHING. Anyone know another way to contact them to start a repair? Can’t go to Microsoft store as we are under stay-at-home orders due to COVID19. Help!!!

I believe you should be able to initiate a repair if you login to your account online and go through troubleshooting. Thats how I started up my repair.

The links do seem to be a bit on the side of not responding, just tried a few myself to make sure.

One way round it is to go here :- https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/...anty-service/help-with-existing-service-order

and hit the contact us button, sign in and go from there. Hope this gets you sorted.

Im sorry to hear that its not working for you. When i did my warranty check i did have problems getting to the correct section to start the repair and after reaching out to microsoft customer support on twitter i was given that link to try and it worked
for me. There must be an issue with the website causing it to give that error? If you are on twitter it may be worth dropping them a message to see if they can help you... they were very helpful when i messaged them. I hope you manage to get it all sorted
out!
