Thanks for the answers guys. In short, transferring the licenses seems to have fixed my Perfect Dark issue but not the DLC for Mas Effect 2, I cannot find any record of downloading or purchasing the Arrival DLC but it's on my 360, I've checked the other
two Live accounts on my console and neither of them have downloaded it nor would they have had any need to do so and I remember downloading it myself. I am hesitant to delete anything but if there is no way around having to re-purchase the content anyway then
all I'm really doing is putting off the inevitable.

Instead of downloading it from the store, try downloading it from your download history on your Xbox 360. If that doesn't work try it on the Xbox website. I've never had anything be corrupt but I have had Microsoft try to charge me money for dlc again. For
me, downloading this way always worked.

You could also try redownloading your profile. And if you have another hard drive try installing everything for those games on that.

is this happening for every Xbox 360 game or just specific ones? Please provide the names of a couple of those games. So I can check if the same thing is happening for me (if I own the game(s) myself).
