    Hello Players, I have been playing the free Path of Exile and Just last night I purchased (Path of Exile : War on Atlas") for Xbox. On there store they are listed separately as titles. POE standard states it is installed and POE WOA stated get. After payment
    for the game, Microsoft reports that I already have the game ( Which I don't) Microsoft store did not say it was installed like it does usually and I do not understand why if it was purchased before then why does it allow it to be purchased again. So now I
    do not have the game, nor the gear that game with it. and also not the money. I have read that there are no refunds on DLC.

    Can some one help me out with some information Please

    Re-Downloading Songs purchased?

    He might mean that he is taking it back to a shop, as it is still within the 1 year store warranty, in which case they would probably ask for the hardrive as well.

    Yes I am taking it back to a shop as it is within the 1 year warranty so I will need to take my hd back.

    The shop is Argos, do they have to replace the console straight away within the 1 year warranty or can they just send it away for repair to MS?

    Thanks for the answers guys. In short, transferring the licenses seems to have fixed my Perfect Dark issue but not the DLC for Mas Effect 2, I cannot find any record of downloading or purchasing the Arrival DLC but it's on my 360, I've checked the other
    two Live accounts on my console and neither of them have downloaded it nor would they have had any need to do so and I remember downloading it myself. I am hesitant to delete anything but if there is no way around having to re-purchase the content anyway then
    all I'm really doing is putting off the inevitable.

    Re-Purchasing DLC

    Instead of downloading it from the store, try downloading it from your download history on your Xbox 360. If that doesn't work try it on the Xbox website. I've never had anything be corrupt but I have had Microsoft try to charge me money for dlc again. For
    me, downloading this way always worked.

    You could also try redownloading your profile. And if you have another hard drive try installing everything for those games on that.

    is this happening for every Xbox 360 game or just specific ones? Please provide the names of a couple of those games. So I can check if the same thing is happening for me (if I own the game(s) myself).
