    can't log in

    Just re-installed Microsoft mahjong and like before cannot log into my Microsoft acct.

    This normally occurs if your account has been set to the United States. To resolve this, please be sure to migrate your Xbox Live account region through our Xbox
    Live Account Migration Tool    . Be sure to migrate your region to the region you're physically located in as this process can only be done once every 3 months.

    My issue is that I am already a Premium member, but it won't let me install Premium or the DLC's without asking for a re-purchase. Which is really frustrating because I have played with Premium before, have Premium content, had to uninstall because I needed
    room, and now it won't let me reinstall Premium.

    Hi, if you were a premium player then your premium information is saved to Battlelog/EA servers, so because you are Premium, you will always be premium. You may have to re-download your Premium pass, by going to your
    download history on your computer, and adding it to your download queue.

    You can leave the family at anytime, and if your acct has a DOB of 18+ you will be an adult acct.

    If you are a child acct, you will have to have an adult (parental acct) attached to you UNTIL the DOB reaches 18+ AND the parent promotes you to an adult acct.
