    I have pre-orders not showing, some cancelled orders still showing active... I just want them to cancel the whole lot now as I have re-ordered all my stuff with ShopTo

    Sorry to hear, but xbox one users are experience issues on downloading the BO4 beta like activision support on twitter said here:

    Like they said please wait for to be fixed and any updates they will post.

    Hi there. I have verified that the transaction complete. I also have access to all DLC etc, the only issue is that the crowns have not shown up. If you can pass this on to Bethesda or let me know the best way to do that I would appreciate it.
