Re-occurring Charges

You would have to try contacting support and speak to billing, but if the subscription doesn't show on your Microsoft account, you will most likely have to go through your card company. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Or you can go and cancel the re occuring payment.

Its no different than any other service if you subscribe you need to personally unsubscribe so you dont get charged without your permission.

Verify that the charge is coming from your account, you can do it through this link

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

If you identify the purchase there with its respective order number, you can request a refund through this link:

https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

If the purchase does not appear in your purchase history and you did not receive the purchase confirmation email from Microsoft, check any other accounts you may have. If it does not prevent any account you have access to, you should report the problem to your bank, as your bank details may be at risk.

I believe you would have gotten more efficient assistance by posting in section 02 of the support forums as that forum specialises in connectivity issues, however I will just put here what I would put to people there.



First of all, I recommend you view the
NAT Error Solution page for guidance on the NAT issue. Following this, you will probably see this error when you test your Xbox LIVE connection, however I would like you to test your connection too see if any additional errors appear. If any other errors
do pop up, view the
Connection Error page and follow the solutions provided for whichever error you may see. (If no additional errors show up, simply stick to the NAT type guide). Here is how to test your Xbox LIVE connection, in case you are unaware:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings and then select
   System Settings.
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Select Wired Connection (if you’re prompted to do so).
4. Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

You may want to try
Deleting Your Profile (Profile ONLY, this will leave saved games and contents etc...)
Once you have deleted your profile,
Clear System Cache 3 times Now, in the first support link provided - if you go to that again, there is a guide there to download your profile.
