I want to ask for a refund for a product called Serious Sam: TSE that i bought for 1600 MS points. For another product called Xcom Enemy Unknown Slingshot DLC , I have already contacted Xbox Support with the number case:
[Mod Removed]. Ryan told me to contact you here. I would like to trade the product it does not matter if the DLC in wich i want to change is below the 1600 i just wish to exchange it.

There are no refunds except under extreme circumstances.

Just because you don't play the game any more is not a reason to get a refund.

 

Each purchase clearly states that there are no refunds. They will issue a refund, as stated, under extreme circumstances and that's not often. Just because you don't play anymore does not warranty a refund.
